Karin Cox-Putker – Head of Family Law

Karin is responsible for all aspects Family Law work at Pinto Potts Solicitors.

Karin deals in all areas of family-related disputes, including unmarried families, disputes relating to children, injunction proceedings and brings with her a wealth of experience.

She is a specialist Family Lawyer, who aims to achieve the best outcome for her clients, she has previously worked for a large legal firm in Surrey and for a prestigious firm in Hampshire.

Karin is a member of the Law Society Family Panel, Resolution and the UK College of Family Mediators.

Karin has amassed a great deal of experience in mediation and passed the stringent requirements set by the Legal Services Commission.

Cresce Claveria

Cresce is a Solicitor and specialises in advising clients on all aspects of family law including divorce, finances and children matters. She also handles issues involving domestic violence and injunctions. In addition she also handles property issues that arise in family matters including legal charges, remortgages and transfers of equity's.

Sarah Wright

Sarah Wright is a Senior Matrimonial Assistant who is able to deal with all aspects of Family Law and is able to provide expert advice on all children issues and domestic violence matters as well as financial issues.
